Product Returns & Exchanges
We'll try to make this simple! - return any unused or defective item purchased in the store for a full refund of the product cost or exchange if available. Please note, exchanges are made pending availability of a replacment item(s) at the time of the retun. All return items require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which can be obtained by emailing info@boardusportts.com. An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase.


Note, we accept returns on new items only, in original packaging.

Returns & exchanges on new items-
Return your item in new and original condition for a full refund of product cost or exchange at any time within 30 days of purchase. We suggest that you ship your return package via UPS (or a trackable carrier). All return shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility, sorry, we cannot accept returns sent COD. In the event the item you were shipped is damaged, you were shipped the incorrect item, or it is defective, we will pay for any return shipping costs.



Please note, if we don't receive your return, we cannot issue you credit. If we mis-ship something & have to send you a replacement with a return label, if you don't send the original item back, we will attempt to contact you with written notice that we do reserve the right to charge you for the item you did not return.

Damaged or Defective merchandise-
If a product is damaged or defective, send it back to us new, if a replacement is available, we will ship it to you. If we do not have the item in stock and cannot obtain a replacement from our suppliers, we will refund your original order including shipping charges.



Returns on Skateboards & Surfboards- On a case by case basis we do allow for the return of used skateboards and surfboards. You must receive written authorization and an RMA number from Boardsports, Inc. to return these used items. We will issue these return authorizations at our discretion and will determine the amount credited for each order upon inspecting the return. The minimum re-stocking fee for used surf and skateboards is 15%.

Coupons & Promotions

From Time to time Boardsports may run sales, promotions or gift with purchase offers. Boardsports reserves the right to alter or end any sale, or promotion at it's discretion at any time and without notice. Coupons may be issued for certain items, for any item offered for sale by Boardsports, Inc. and can be redeemed only as approved by the company. Product specific coupons can not be used other than for specific items, use of product specific coupons for other purchases will not be honored.

Unless otherwise noted, coupons cannot be redeemed for the purchase of sale items.
